To get the real taste, aroma and color, you need to start with fresh, cold water and use the correct brewing time. The ideal water pH should be 7 whether you are making a cup of green or black tea.
For black tea, heat the water until it boils. To make one cup you need a teaspoon of tea (small particles) and the ideal brewing time is 4-5 minutes. Then strain the tea into your cup! Drink it black or add a dash of milk and sugar…according to your taste.
